Good Solid 4 (Four) Stars!
Can tell that whoever created this concept really took a ton of factors into consideration.
First of all, anyone who wants to be in the restaurant business is probably crazy... borderline suicidal. It's one of the hardest businesses in the world. Extremely rewarding but extremely difficult.
The big box stores in this shopping complex are probably surviving, but anyone else who is not a well known name brand is probably starving. Many of the retail spaces are empty. Only the well known brands have survived.
This goes for restaurants too. Cheesecake Factory gets most of the business because they are a very well known brand. Anyone else who starts a restaurant... is nuts! LOL!
Rebecca was our server and she smiled and smiled and smiled and worked our table to "death". Spectacular Service.
After reading some of the other reviews on this restaurant, I can see, or get a general picture about what is going on here. This restaurant is trying to be UPSCALE. They do not accept everyone inside their doors. They are trying to maintain a balance between fresh flavourful food, price and type of patrons.
My Poke Nachos were AMAZING! Will go back just to have this dish again.
Tons of thought has been put into this place in order to make it as comfortable and inviting as possible. The immense overstuffed couches law office style and the booths are all beautifully done with comfort and impeccable taste. This place has been designed for maximum comfort and I could see myself with 6 friends around one of these gigantic booths and staying for hours ...like 5 hours. It's THAT comfortable.
Decide for yourself.
I did.
Will go back. -

STAY AWAY! Our waiter was the only good part of the service here. The manager is a SNOB and wouldn't credit us our voucher was purchased from Coachella Valley Deals due to an email error. Her attitude was TERRIBLE and the way she handled the issue did not reflect good business practices.
Also, their Cuban had lettuce and tomato and no mustard. Sooo....dont call it a Cuban.
We are locals who could have given this place business YEAR ROUND and instead we will be telling everyone we know to STAY AWAY, along with everyone encountered as a concierge. -

Was here for the weekend and our friend that lived here recommended this spot. Here was our experience on a Saturday evening.
AMBIANCE:
Parking: It's in a plaza and it wasn't packed so you shouldn't have issues with parking.
Seating: Inside, outside, bar style or extra. It has room for about 60 people.
Feels:
If you're not looking for a downtown vibe that is not in downtown this is your spot. It's in a plaza with other shops. The spot itself is is pretty neat. The DJ had good samba and pop music. There were games to take pictures and the place looked playful to take pictures.
FOOD:
Mint Mojito (Recommend)
Solid. Reasonable price, good portion, and a flavorful kick.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Chill. The servers were friendly and we got our orders quick.
TL; DR OVERALL:
4 Stars. Great vibes, reasonable price, and good drinks. It's a spot that I enjoyed chopping up with homies. Wouldn't mind coming back here if I'm in the area.
TIPS:
* Great late night vibe outside of the Casino or Downtown scene. -

I had lunch at Dringk Eatery and it was, well, just okay. I had the Poke bowl and the fish honestly didn't taste old but didn't have that fresh taste either. The spices were lacking and the sauce offered was just okay. The music was blaring for the bartender and she was less than hospitable but wasn't totally dismissive either. We sat at the bar and the place only had a couple of people in the bar/restaurant. I was never offered refills and never asked how my food was. The bartender seemed soley intent on opening her section and not dealing with guests.
I probably won't go back but could see how this might be okay for some folks looking for perhaps just a drink and conversation with their companions. -

Stopped in on a tuesday night for drinks and had a great time! It is such a fun atmosphere and decorated so well. The drinks are priced very well and the bartenders are so nice and accommodating. We had watermelon shots and the margarita fishbowl! It was just two of us and this was plenty to last us the whole night! Had lots of fun and met some great people! If I'm ever in the area again, I would deff come back.
